Cozy living room with a sitting area equipped with satellite TV and central heating. The kitchen includes a gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed (and a trundle bed). In the bathroom there is a shower, sink and toilet. At the front terrace, rear and on the roof. You can park your car at the boat free of charge.
