Are you that cozy group that likes an exciting or hilarious challenge? This is the ideal group accommodation with free WiFi and many outdoor activities especially organized for school camps, scouting groups, families and student and friend groups. In the typical Frisian rural village of Nijhuizum is this 40 person group accommodation with no less than 10 bedrooms and nine showers. Characteristic of the location is the large terrace facing south (quiet location), the game room and lounge, modern bar with linked common room (with beamer and karaoke), large professional kitchen and the location near Workum and Sneek.

The detached accommodation is located in a completely renovated former farmhouse and is easily accessible for wheelchair users. Behind the accommodation you can rent sailboats (with or without instructors) and from here you can go on the lake! All kinds of fun activities are organized around the accommodation (on request). Some examples are kitesurfing, fierljeppen, SUP-boarding, canoeing, touring the ice farm and sailing. Do you dare to take on the challenge!

This cozy group accommodation has a large group room where you can have a nice meal together. Adjacent to the group room you will find a bar where you will find the sound system, two filter coffee makers, and a kettle. Above the group room is an open loft with the game room. Behind the bar is a lounge that can be closed with soundproof sliding doors.

Food can be prepared in a luxurious and professional kitchen equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, six-burner gas stove, a fridge-freezer, large oven, microwave and, of course, plenty of cooking utensils and crockery. On the second floor there is an additional sitting area with several sofas and chairs.

The accommodation has 10 bedrooms with the following layout:

Bedroom 1 > two single box springs and a bunk bed

Bedroom 2 > two single box springs and a bunk bed

Bedroom 3 > two single box springs and bunk beds.

Bedroom 4 > two single box springs and a bunk bed

Bedroom 5 > three single box springs and three bunk beds

Bedroom 6 > two single box springs and two bunk beds (one bunk bed is for

three persons)

Bedroom 7 > one single box spring and two bunk beds (one bunk bed is for

three persons)

Bedroom 8 > two bunk beds (both for three people)

Bedroom 9 > three single box springs and three bunk beds

Bedroom 10 > five bunk beds*.

*Bedroom 10 is on the first floor and has its own bathroom consisting of a shower and a toilet.

The bunk beds are all bedsteads and therefore offer a lot of privacy. On the second floor you will find two bathrooms (one for men and one for women) both with four showers and three toilets. You will also find two separate toilets on the first floor in the group room.

Outside the accommodation you are guaranteed to enjoy the beautiful view with a lovely outdoor terrace equipped with picnic tables. Furthermore, there are cordoned off fire pits with benches and a large playing field where there is plenty of room to organize activities. This accommodation is located directly on the Frisian lakes (Oudegaaster Brekken) with its own harbor where 10 open sailboats, 30 stand up paddle boards, 30 canoes and several sloops are for rent.
