This cozy vacation villa is situated on a spacious plot of 600 m² and offers everything for a relaxing stay. The bright living room with large windows offers a beautiful view over the water and lets the sunlight stream in all day. The first floor has underfloor heating and also features a generous bedroom with its own bathroom, plus a separate toilet in the hall.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms: one with a bunk bed and a trundle bed for one person, and one with two single beds. There is also a second bathroom on this floor. For added convenience, the villa has a utility room with both a washer and a dryer.

The garden faces southwest, ideal for sunshine as well as a beautiful setting. The waterfront terrace is equipped with a lounge set, hot outdoor shower, private 30-meter jetty, swim ladders and a diving board. With shutters, awnings and wifi, there is year-round comfort. The villa is partially suitable for disabled guests and has ample parking.

Discover Friesland from the water, rent a sloop, sailboat or canoe, or visit the nearby IJsselmeer coast with beaches, surf spots and picturesque Zuiderzee towns such as Stavoren, Hindeloopen and Workum. Cycling and hiking through the woods and along the lakes will complete your stay.
