Holiday property - Huisje in Winsum

This accommodation was built in 2016 as a hooded barn in the back yard of our National Monumental Frisian head-neck-hull farmhouse built in 1560. The cottage is cozily furnished with pine furniture, a well-stocked bookcase ... and breathes tranquility and atmosphere. It consists of a bedroom/sitting room with loft, a kitchen and a shower/toilet room. The loft has room for two children. The cottage has electric floor heating and in the sitting area an infrared panel. During the past hot summers it stayed well inside, even in the loft. Breakfast (basket of rolls etc) is included in principle, but can of course be arranged in consultation. Our farm is located at the edge of the village of Winsum (with supermarket and cafe) and overlooks the small village of Baijum ... and on our chickens, ducks and sheep. Winsum is located 20 km from Bolsward, 15 km from Leeuwarden and 10 km from Franeker ... and is located in the middle of the beautiful Frisian Greidhoeke. You are most welcome.
