Do you want something different and unique? Then this beautiful country villa is really something for you. The monumental villa is located in the nostalgic village of Sint Jacobiparochie near the Wadden Sea. The villa is a wonderful base to explore the Waddengbied. From nearby Harlingen there are several daily ferry services to Vlieland and Terschelling (45 minutes), so visiting one of these islands is good to do as a day trip.In the area you can enjoy hiking, biking, mudflats, bird and seal watching and along the dike nice and windy. The space and beautiful colors of the landscape are impressive.

The villa has two living rooms: the Wilhelmina room and the larger garden room, renovated in 2019. The dining room connects to the Wilhelmina room. From the garden room you can access the spacious terrace through the garden doors. There is also a nostalgic gentleman's room downstairs. The kitchen is also fully equipped and includes an airfryer, food processor, two coffee makers (one quick filter and one Nespresse with coffee cups), combination microwave, dishwasher, cooking island, oven, fridge-freezer and grill.

Upstairs is a fitness room with double luxury steam shower stall, and on the landing is a room with a pool table and air hockey table for four.There is a dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer.

There are six bedrooms on the second floor: four bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with one single bed. Each bedroom also has its own hairdryer and bathrobe.

Downstairs there is a bathroom with a whirlpool tub, massage chair and additional third shower. Upstairs a bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink. There is a chromecast in both the whirlpool bathroom, the garden room, the living room and in the room on the second floor.

In the large fully enclosed garden with a Weber barbecue (bring your own charcoal) you will also find garden furniture and a terrace. There is a trampoline with a safe safety net, a children's sandbox (shell) and a seesaw. In addition, there are three couches and three different seating areas with 19 garden chairs.
