Holiday property - Huisje in Scherpenzeel

The nature cottage is the former home of our cozy head-neck-rump farm. The front house and the living barn are connected by an intermediate space and in it are the for common use, washing machine, dryer and cleaning equipment. The spacious kitchen has a wood-burning stove, a large table with five chairs, a six-burner stove with two ovens and a refrigerator. A fixed staircase leads to the 1st floor where the bathroom has a bathtub shower toilet and sink. On the landing there is a double bed and a single bed. There is also a separate bedroom with a double bed. There is no toilet on the first floor. In terms of sustainability, solar panels provide both houses with electricity and heat pump provides hot water and underfloor heating. A high efficiency boiler CV heats the front house and the sewerage is connected to an IBA system. There is wifi and TV. There are also 2 cats and 2 dogs living in the yard.
