Modern chalet by the water with a sloop

This modern chalet has just been built and looks fantastic. Equipped with all amenities, stylishly decorated, and wonderfully light thanks to a gabled roof skylight in the living room. The enclosed terrace makes the stay extra safe and relaxing, especially if there are children around. From the terrace, you can easily step into the associated sloop to head out onto the water. Please note: the fuel for the sloop is not included and must be paid to the manager
Rust, space, and water are central. From the chalet and the terrace, you have an unobstructed view over the water. If you look to the left, you can see the old lock; to the right, you enjoy a beautiful view over the Tjonger, reed beds, and meadows. The chalet is located in a small-scale park in the municipality of De Friese Meren, in Friesland, near the border with Overijssel. From the mooring, you can sail straight onto the Tjonger, towards the Friese lakes or the beautiful nature reserve Weerribben-Wieden.

There is so much to do in the area! Sail to the Tjeukemeer, the IJsselmeer, or further to National Park Weerribben-Wieden. You can bike, hike, and enjoy recreational activities in the surroundings, such as in the Kuinder Forest (the small Sweden just around the corner), and various new recreation lakes just 10 minutes away. It's a short distance to Lemmer (9 km), which has shops and cafes. Places like Giethoorn, Sneek, Kampen, Hindelopen, Stavoren, and Sloten are a maximum of 30-40 minutes away. You can also take a day trip to Pantropica (formerly the Orchideeën Hoeve), the Woudagemaal, Kameleondorp Terherne, Belevenissenbos Lelystad, the Aviation Museum Aviodrome, or Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. There is plenty to experience!

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
