The detached house is spacious and completely on one level, with a wide central corridor that is open to the bright living area on the south side. Large windows and sliding patio doors provide plenty of natural light and direct contact with the outdoors.

The home is fully accessible for guests using a wheelchair, mobility scooter or walker. Two comfortable bedrooms are located on the north side, one of which is equipped with a high-low bed. Privacy between sleeping area and living room is easily created with a curtain in the hallway.
