Tiny Wagons

Nearly to Amsterdam on the beach in Almere there are 6 wagons with a beautiful view over the Markermeer

A Tiny Wagon is a shed converted into a small cozy sleeping place, equipped with 2 sleeping places with mattresses and pillows. Inside you can make coffee or tea. There is also a shared kitchen and shower room.

In the wagon there is a double or bunk bed and a table with 2 chairs. Pillows and comforters (2 times 1 person) are provided, bed linen and bath towels can be rented optionally.
On a trolley is a kettle with which tea or coffee can be made. In a common kitchen, equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave, meals can be prepared. Shower and toilet are right next to the wagons. On the front terrace is a picnic table.

In the adjacent marina you can use a washing machine and dryer for a fee.

The wagons are right next to a marina where several restaurants with waterfront terraces can be found. Surfboards, sups and canoes can be rented on site. You can also take sailing and catamaran lessons.
Somewhat further away, within walking distance is a supermarket and there are several cafes where you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The wagons are easily accessible, 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam to Almere-poort station. From here it is a 15-minute walk to the wagons. There is also a bus from the station to the Jachthaven.
