This luxury 6-person vacation home is located in the beautiful nature reserve Het Reestdal. This nature reserve is surrounded by the villages of Zuidwolde, Balkbrug and Dedemsvaart. The accommodation features spacious living room with wood-burning stove, a spacious bathroom and a well-equipped open kitchen. Have a relaxing day at the sauna or take a nice walk along one of the many hiking and cycling routes in the area.

This accommodation is suitable for six people and features a spacious living room with a cozy sitting area and is equipped with a wood-burning stove. In the living room you will find a sliding door to the covered terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. The open kitchen is equipped with sufficient inventory including a filter coffee maker. The spacious bathroom has a shower and washing machine and there is a separate toilet. The accommodation has a total of four bedrooms, two of which are located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with double box-spring beds (210cm x 180cm). The entire first floor has floor heating. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One of these bedrooms has a double box spring bed. The fourth bedroom has two single box-spring beds. A double sofa bed can be added in this room. Both rooms have their own sink. The beds in the double bedrooms can be used as single or double beds. You also have ample parking space to park your cars.
