The two-story apartment is located at the back of our recently remodeled farmhouse. There is downstairs a living room with open kitchen and a utility room with toilet. From the living room you have access to a private terrace and the garden behind. The first floor has underfloor heating throughout. Upstairs (accessible by safe staircase) is a spacious bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Heating is electric and ventilation through 2 windows. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, sink and toilet; heating with central heating and ventilation is both mechanical and through a skylight. Furthermore, we offer private parking and a lockable bicycle storage. Besides 2 persons, a child up to 2 years is also welcome.
