Very spacious 2 person vacation home in the front house of a farmhouse in Drenthe.

This beautiful two-person vacation home is realized in the front house of this authentic Drenthe farm. The farm is located in the Drenthe village of Wapserveen. From Wapserveen it is only a few minutes walking or cycling to the beautiful nature reserve Holtingerveld. Enjoy the tranquility around the farm, or take a look at the belfry at the church diagonally opposite the farm. Or visit the typical villages of Dwingeloo and Diever or immerse yourself in the history of the Colony of Weldadigheid in Frederiksoord or Wilhelminaoord. Enjoy shopping in Meppel, Steenwijk or Zwolle. Of course, what should not be forgotten is a day out in Giethoorn! This beautiful water village is less than fifteen minutes away by car. You can enjoy cycling or rent a whisper boat to admire the village from the water.

The house is on one level. The living room is furnished in the 70s style but with HD TV, a comfortable "new-fashioned" sofa and a record player. On the television you can, exclusively with your own account watch Netflix. Separate kitchen which is also decorated with a touch of the 70s but with a dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, four-burner stove and refrigerator. There is also a small 50 x 50 cm freezer. There is one bedroom with a double box-spring bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink, and is partially adapted for the disabled. Outside you have access to several terraces and garden furniture. You can also sit by the large pond.
