In Frederiksoord, part of the "Society of Weldadigheid" of yesteryear and since 2021 on the World Heritage List of UNESCO, you will find this wonderfully located four-person farm apartment, in total there are four apartments. The apartment is well insulated and offers plenty of privacy. This apartment has magnificent views over the farmyard and the monumental Hoeve Koning Willem III. Every morning you can see all the cows being fed by tractor. An area for hiking, biking and especially the past to sniff. History comes alive in the nearby Proefkolonie. Here you follow in the footsteps of the first settlers and experience their unforgettable story through a unique multimedia time travel! A visit to the beautiful towns of Steenwijk, Meppel or Blokzijl is also worthwhile. If you want something completely different, you can still visit the dolmens in Havelte or the water village of Giethoorn. plenty to do in this lovely forest and watery area.

Luxury apartment at the front of the stable. The large windows (formerly the entrance to the stables) make this a light apartment. The apartment is new and equipped with all the features for a pleasant stay. On the first floor is a beautifully furnished living room with two sofas, Smart TV and a dining area. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom with toilet, sink and rain shower is located on the first floor. On the second floor there are two spacious and cozy bedrooms. In each bedroom there are two single box-spring beds. Beds can be pushed together or separated. Outside you have a sunny terrace with garden furniture. There is also access to a large shared closed farm garden with flower garden and lawn. In the garden there is a shed where the (electric) bicycle can be stored.
