This nearly 500m² farmhouse is located in the Drenthe village of Diever, also known as the diamond in the Drenthe drives. Diever is the bustling heart of the municipality of Westerveld and, of course, the Shakespeare village of the Netherlands. Diever truly offers everything a pampered recreationist could wish for. The many walking and cycling routes take you to heathlands, fishing spots, fens, sand drifts, recreational lakes, a beautiful dolmen and restored lime kilns. In between you can cool off on the many terraces that Diever has. Although the farmhouse dates from before 1900, it was renovated in 2005 and 2013 and adapted to the needs of our time.

The farm is suitable for up to 10 people and offers plenty of comfort and luxury. On the first floor is the living room with a spacious seating area equipped with new corner sofas and a SMART TV. In the living room you have a brand new Blu-ray player and a modern "sound system" with Bluetooth for wireless connection of cell phones. One of the five bedrooms also has a television with digitenne connection and Blu-ray player to enjoy watching a movie in bed. Guests can use the collection of DVDs, including several children's DVDs. The kitchen is spacious and has all modern conveniences such as a gas stove, combination microwave, mini oven, modern fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker, integrated extractor and toaster. There is also a dining table with chairs where you can have a nice dinner. In the extra room adjacent to the kitchen there is a washer-dryer and dishwasher. Finally, on the first floor is the bathroom with spacious shower and sink.On the second floor there are four bedrooms, all with two single beds. On the first floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and built-in closet with iron and ironing board. Three bedrooms are equipped with a sink. Toys and a free WiFi connection are available. You also enjoy plenty of parking space at the house.Guests stay in the front house adjacent to the farm owners' house. Privacy is ensured as each has their own access to the farmhouse.
