Attractive 10-person thatched farmhouse in Diever with 13 beds. Located in southwest Drenthe, close to the national park Drents Friese Wold. Diever has much to offer for a successful vacation or weekend break. Throughout the year, but especially during vacations and public holidays, there are many fun things to do in and around Diever. For example, there are craft and curio markets and you can enjoy the open-air Shakespeare play. In the vicinity there are also many MTB cycling and walking routes and all kinds of nature / edukative, do-activities by nature monuments and state forestry organized in our two national parks.

You will stay in a detached, thatched farmhouse with private entrance. The very spacious living room with nostalgic sitting area has an eight-seater sofa, television with DVD player and free WiFi. You can have dinner with the entire party at the large dining table. You can also use the mini-library with books and games on loan. You have access to a beautiful modern open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, four-burner electric stove and a small bar. There are two family bedrooms, one for four and one for five persons, a double bedroom and a box bed for two persons. There is a spacious bathroom, and a spacious (disabled) toilet. The vacation home is equipped with an attractive, environmentally conscious pellet fireplace that powers the central heating system. There is ample parking for your cars.There is a terrace with furniture and barbecue at the house, as well as a spacious lawn and covered campfire area that can be used by mutual agreement.Various wood-fire cooking workshops as well as other fun do-activities can be booked with the house manager.Possibilities: Canoeing, raft building, hand bow and air rifle shooting, ditch shooting/petanque but also outdoor cooking: 3-course workshop dinner/lunch, wood oven pizza, wood fire stew/hunting dish, fish/meat or vegetable smoking.
