Cosy 43 person group accommodation in Diever

Beautifully situated on the edge of the national park "Het Drentsch- Friesche woud" you will find this attractively furnished group accommodation. The use of a sauna and hot tub is optional. There is a spacious fenced garden where children can enjoy climbing on the climbing frame or play in the sandbox. Because of its location on the edge of the center of the tourist village of Diever, this accommodation is very suitable for groups who want to combine the experience of nature with the conviviality of a village green.

The bedroom layout of the main building is as follows:

• Three 2-person bedrooms (first floor)
• Ten 2-person bedrooms (second floor)
• One 4-person bedroom (second floor)

Next to the main building is another 10-person apartment. Here the bedroom arrangement is as follows:

• Two 2-person bedrooms (first floor)
• Two 2-person bedrooms (second floor)
• One 3-person bedroom (second floor) Most rooms have a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and are equipped with comfortable single beds with comforters. In the farmhouse is located opposite the professional kitchen with filter coffee machine, a spacious dining room/meeting room (65 m²), equipped for 42 people, with buffet option. For a cozy meeting you have access to a tastefully furnished living room of 115 m² with a fireplace with oak beams. Of course, there are plenty of comfortable seating areas for an energetic evening with a snack or drink in front of the TV or just together in front of the warm fireplace. From both the dining room and the living room you can access the fully enclosed terrace, the plants guarantee complete privacy. Adjacent to the terrace is a spacious garden of about 2000 m² with a playground.

NEW: In a separate part of the garden you have access to an original Finnish sauna and hot tub.

For business seminars, it is possible to book an all-in package for 20 people, for example; you will then stay in single rooms and have several meeting and relaxation rooms at your disposal. Naturally, this comes with full care and audiovisual aids can be arranged. Since this is a tailor-made arrangement, we will be happy to discuss your wishes in order to achieve a result-oriented meeting in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. Naturally, you will be our guest as the only group and you will be among yourselves.
