From the cottage you are in the forestry Sleenerzand where you can enjoy forests and heaths to your heart's content. The cottage is located one kilometer from the center. Schoonoord and surroundings is one of the most beautiful areas of our country and is surrounded by forests, moors, idyllic fens. Everything you can and should expect from Drenthe nature is here.

The cottage is located at the front of a farmhouse. It has a private entrance and a private garden with lots of privacy! In this cozy cottage you experience the atmosphere of the past with all the comforts of the present. It is fully equipped for two persons. Outside there is an enclosed garden with a terrace and a seating area. You may pick fresh organic herbs from your own garden. The living room has a dining and sitting area with TV. The fully equipped open kitchen includes a four-burner stove, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and refrigerator. There is central heating and a cozy decorative stove. The bedroom has a double box-spring bed. There is also an authentic box bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub, a shower, a sink and a toilet. All rooms are on the first floor.

Two bicycles are available for rent by the day or by the week.
