In quiet Odoornerveen, in the midst of beautiful rural surroundings, stands this cozy chalet. Through a private path of about 50 meters, which starts at the private parking lot, you walk straight to the chalet. The location is very quiet and offers views over the surrounding countryside.
Layout: Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed with a large Emma mattress, the other with a bunk bed. The neat bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The open kitchen is adjacent to the cozy living area.
The chalet is fully equipped with central heating, with radiators in all rooms. There is also air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave/oven, built-in fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, gas stove and separate freezer.
Furthermore, there is WiFi and a smart TV.
The garden is wonderfully sheltered and is adjacent to a cozy veranda with lounge set and also a dining table with chairs.
