This beautiful four-person cottage in the Drenthe village of Exloo is located in the very spacious yard, behind the residence, of the hospitable owners. The cottage has a wonderful sauna and in the yard there is a hot tub (about 20 meters behind the cottage). The center, golf course and forest are within walking distance. For bicycles there is shelter and possibly a charging point. In the beautifully landscaped garden there is both a sun and a shade terrace. From the garden there is a view of the beautiful Drentse Heuvelrug.

In the spacious but cozy living room there is a cozy sitting area with TV. The living room is heated by underfloor heating and a cozy pallet stove. The open kitchen includes a four-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and a Senseo coffee maker. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200). The bathroom has a shower cabin, toilet and sink. Upstairs there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and storage space. The staircase is equipped with solid stair gate. The house also has a sauna and outside further in the yard there is a hot tub and a swimming pool.
