This beautiful two person private cottage is located in a beautiful, very wooded area, 250 meters from the heath called the Molenveld. The cottage is on the edge of the esdorp Exloo. From the cottage you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the surroundings directly via beautiful cycling and walking routes. Within walking distance of the vacation home is one of the many dolmens in Drenthe. For a day of shopping you can go to Emmen, Assen or Groningen. You can rent bicycles in the neighboring village of Odoorn.

The cottage stands in the yard of a thatched farmhouse, but has its own parking space and private entrance, as well as a private terrace. There is a cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen includes a four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker. Through the hall you enter the bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet.
