In 2020, the first floor was renovated. The house features a very spacious cozy living room and separate kitchen. Wifi, flat screen TV, DAB radio/CD player available. The first floor has underfloor heating and there is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. The kitchen has an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge and microwave. Several coffee machines including Nespresso. On the first floor a work area with a washing machine. Separate toilet.The house is located on a large private property with several terraces and lots of privacy.
