Luxury 8-person villa in Drenthe with private hot tub, spacious fireplace and outdoor kitchen in unique location in the middle of nature reserve the Drentsche AA.
Layout (surface area house 148 m2)
The spacious living room is light and spacious with large patio doors to the surrounding nature. The interior has a warm feel due to the use of natural materials and shades. You will find a comfortable seating area with flat screen television and a spacious dining table overlooking the moors. The modern kitchen is very complete and includes an induction hob, dishwasher, combi microwave, Nespresso machine, Quooker and wine cooler.

Upstairs there are 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with sink, shower and washbasin. The second luxury bathroom has a sink, bathtub and walk-in shower. The bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets. A crib with mattress is standard.

Through the doors you reach the spacious, sunny south-facing garden overlooking the nature reserve Drentsche AA. The spacious overhang allows you to sit outside on the terrace. Settle down with a good glass of wine and enjoy a great view over the flowering heath landscape.
The garden has a unique wood-fired hot tub and a spacious fireplace where you can all sit around it.There is also an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, so you can really enjoy the outdoors.

The 8-person villa has its own parking space. Pets are allowed (maximum 2).

Park de Zeegser Duinen is being developed on a unique location in the middle of nature reserve Drentsche Aa, an unspoiled piece of the Netherlands in the north of Drenthe. You can enjoy hiking, biking, horseback riding or picnicking along the ancient stream. Cities such as Groningen and Assen are easy to reach and are only a 15 - 20 minute drive away; ideal for visiting museums, a day of shopping or dining in one of the many restaurants.
