This cozy four-person vacation home is in a truly unique location on the small river Drentsche Aa. From the vacation home you look out on the small river.Nature lends itself perfectly to being watched from the terrace. One of the pictures shows that in former times this place was used as a bathing place. The Drentsche Aa river valley has unique flora and fauna. Badgers, beavers, kingfishers, cormorants, damselflies, as well as special plants and mushrooms can be encountered and found here. A really very special place for nature lovers and people, who love hiking, biking and horseback riding.

The living room has a spacious seating area with TV and a spacious dining area. The kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator with freezer drawer, filter coffee maker, four-burner gas stove and of course the necessary pans, dishes and cutlery. In the living room there is a screened-in corner with a spacious double bedstead. The spacious bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with two single beds and a separate toilet. The house has a spacious terrace with a seating area overlooking the Drentsche Aa.
