The elevated nature cottage has behind unobstructed views of the countryside and lies directly on a large cycling and hiking trail network, including the Pieterpad. It lies together with other cottages on the park "Mooi Schipborg", 700 meters from restaurant "The Drentsche Aa". Supermarkets Jumbo, AH and other amenities are in Zuidlaren. 20 minutes away by bus or car are the city of Groningen and Assen. The cottage itself is mainly in the shade so it never gets too hot inside. In April 2021 a new kitchen was installed with induction and dishwasher. The large terrace behind is in the sun for most of the day. The cottage has a modern bathroom with one bedroom and an additional room with linen closet and worktop, where there is also space for suitcases. Bed linen and other textiles are included. There is a high-speed Internet connection via fiber optics and interactive TV. There are 2 non-electric bikes: a women's and men's bike for rent for a small fee.
