This beautifully situated and special four-person Finnish Kota (possibly with hot tub) is located in the village Roderwolde in the head of the province of Drenthe. Here you can really enjoy nature and the vast surroundings. Next to the vacation home is the small white Jacob church, built in 1831. The Jacob path passes by this church. A real eye-catcher in the village is the large mill Woldzigt, which is still in regular operation. The mill is open in the summer and activities are often organized around it. In the vicinity there are beautiful hiking and cycling tours.

Cozy living room with a dining area and a sitting area (easily converted into a comfortable double sofa bed for a possible third and fourth person) with TV. The open kitchen includes a two-burner stove, fridge-freezer, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. Outside you have a lovely garden with a fantastic view and a terrace equipped with garden furniture. In the yard you will find in addition to a pool, a fruit wall and a fire pit. There are two parking spaces on the property.
