Detached vacation home in Spier, surrounded by nature and suitable for four people

This vacation home in Spier is a detached and attractive accommodation for up to four people, surrounded by the greenery of Drenthe. The house has been completely renovated, has a warm atmosphere and features a spacious garden. It is located on the edge of the Dwingelderveld and Terhorsterzand, ideal for walks and beautiful bike rides. Nearby are dolmens, characteristic villages such as Diever and Vledder, and nature reserves such as the Drents-Friese Wold. Trips to museums, sheep pens or an outdoor performance at the Shakespeare theater are also possible. For an afternoon of shopping or a terrace, larger cities such as Assen, Meppel and Steenwijk are easily accessible.

In the living room you will find a sitting area with a television, a dining table with four chairs. The dining table can be made larger with a simple operation to accommodate six people. The open kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, Senseo, an electric kettle and kitchen utensils. There are two bedrooms in the house. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with a double box-spring bed (200x210cm). In the basement is a second bedroom with two single beds which can also be pushed together. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Through the patio door you have access to the terrace where you have enough space to enjoy both the sun and the shade and the sounds around you. Next to the vacation home is a spacious, lockable shed where you can store your bicycles and charge your electric bikes. There is parking space at the house for two cars.
