This beautiful four-person chalet is located at the edge of the village of Schoonloo in the National Brook and Esdorpen Landscape Drentse Aa. Our property is located in the National Park Drentsche Aa. This ancient nature reserve is the best preserved esdorpen landscape of Western Europe and is characterized by streams, heaths, fens, vast forests, sand lakes and beaches. It is a very nice place for recreation! Take a bike ride or hike through nature, visit one of the cozy villages or enjoy a day on the water at one of the lakes. It is a beautiful natural area with vast forests, moorlands and tourist villages with many cycling and hiking trails. On your covered porch you can relax and have a view of farmlands and the forest edge. And when you enjoy a glass of wine on your covered terrace in the evening sun, you might even see a few deer walking. They can regularly be seen at dusk! At 300 meters walking distance you will find a quiet swimming lake in the middle of the forest. From our grounds you can walk straight into the forest and onto the heath with many cycling and walking routes. For the children there are swings, a diving frame, table tennis, volleyball and soccer field, go-karts, various scooters and more. There is also an animal pasture on the property where goats, shetlanders, chickens and rabbits live. There is also a cozy covered campfire area (a fee is charged for the wood) that can be used.

Fully equipped living room with TV and a kitchen with a dishwasher, four-burner stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Possibility of placing an extra tent next to the lodges (for the kids) Bathroom with a shower and a sink, a separate toilet. Covered veranda. Barn for storing bicycles. There is a hot tub on site which can be reserved on site (subject to availability).
