Visit nearby Orvelte, a historic village where time seems to stand still or discover the Hunebedcentrum and dive into prehistory with impressive dolmens and archaeological finds. A visit to the Drents Museum in Assen or a day at the Blue Lake beach are also worthwhile. If you like shopping, Assen and Emmen are good places to go.

This vacation home is completely gas-free and is heated by electricity. The comfortable living room is laid out with a sitting area with flat-screen TV and dining area.
