If you have your own estate agency and are looking for potential buyers, especially from Belgium and the Netherlands, we can do a lot for you! We have been active in the online holiday home business for 20 years now. Our company manages several major websites in Belgium and the Netherlands and has a reach of several million visitors per year! Many of these visitors are looking to buy a holiday home. If you want to participate with your offer of holiday homes, you are very welcome. We only ask a small fee for a lead you receive. So no commission on sales amount or long-term paid subscriptions. We work purely on a no cure no pay basis. If you have a large number of houses for sale, we can use a link (XML feed/API etc) to put these up-to-date online. We use this method with many other partners. If you want to participate on these terms, we only ask a one-off registration fee of ¤ 125,= excl VAT and thereafter only charge ¤ 30,= per supplied application (lead).
Suppose you have a holiday home for sale and the price is ¤ 400,000. Via our website, potential buyers can contact you by filling in an information form which is mentioned in the advertisement. This comes directly to you, to which you can respond. We also receive a copy. You pay ¤ 30 for this lead (information request). If the 6th request is eventually converted into a sale, you only pay us ¤ 180,= for the buyer we have recommended. We do not charge any commission or anything else. But if the first application is immediately converted into a sale, you will only have to pay us ¤ 30 for providing us with a buyer. Should a sale not go through, you will still have the details of this potential customer in your possession and you can start informing this customer of the new offer when a new house comes up. Perhaps this will result in a sale, in which case you will of course pay us nothing.
